As a collegiate athlete, I developed a deep passion for strength and performance, shaping my career. The challenges and opportunities I faced on the field and in the weight room taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and hard work. This foundation drives my commitment to helping athletes achieve their goals at Greene Strength Lab.
During my strength and conditioning internship at the University of Central Florida, I had the privilege of working with elite athletes across men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, golf, track, softball, and tennis. This hands-on experience allowed me to:
