Jessica Greene MS, CSPS, CSCS, TSAC-F

Wow, that’s a lot of letters—but here’s what they mean: Jessica is a strength and conditioning expert who made sure to get certified in just about every realm possible. With a master’s in Exercise Science and 10+ years as a medical health professional and personal trainer, she blends science, experience, and dedication to help clients reach their full potential.

Competitive Spirit and a Whole Lot of Heart

Jessica Greene’s life reads like an action-packed, heartfelt highlight reel. Competitive to her core (she once pulled out a tooth that wasn’t even loose to win a second-grade contest), Jessica has never settled for anything less than her best—on the field, in the classroom, and now in the gym.

A small-town powerhouse with big ambitions, Jessica earned All-State honors in volleyball, basketball, and softball, dominating as a libero, a dual-position guard, and a strategic catcher who could call a game like a chess master. She even tied her high school’s record for hits in a softball season while leading her team in RBIs and stolen bases. Sports were her life—but they were only the beginning.

Jessica took her talents to the next level, competing in collegiate softball at Harding University. As a versatile athlete, she excelled both as a catcher and a shortstop, showcasing her adaptability and deep understanding of the game. Her time at Harding not only refined her athletic skills but also deepened her appreciation for the dedication and resilience required to compete at the collegiate level.

Snaggle Tooth Award

Jessica didn’t stop at athletic achievements. She dove headfirst into her passion for helping others move, train, and live better, earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Exercise Science. Along the way, she collected top-tier certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS, CSPS, TSAC-F), worked with Division I athletes, and specialized in training high-risk medical populations.

Oh, and just for fun, she trained for and attended Marine Corps Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia, in 2020—because why not?

Now, as the "Mad Scientist" behind Greene Strength Lab, Jessica brings her unique mix of creativity, science-backed expertise, and unshakable drive to every client she works with. Whether you’re an elite athlete chasing new records or navigating a return to fitness after medical challenges, Jessica’s mission is to make you the best version of yourself.

With Jessica, training isn’t just about hitting goals—it’s about winning at life, every step of the way. Get ready for a coach who will push you, cheer for you, and celebrate your wins like they’re her own (because, let’s be honest, she doesn’t like to lose).
