With firsthand experience in the tactical realm, including my training at Marine Corps Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Quantico, Virginia, I understand the toll these professions can take on the body. Backed by my NSCA certifications—Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Special Population Specialist (CSPS), and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F)—I craft programs designed to build strength and endurance while focusing on injury prevention and recovery.
